1. it had to be located in broad ripple village
2. the name of the restaurant had to catch my eye
3. the cuisine had to be just right to allow for room for ice cream afterwards
so, after my search i came upon the naked tchopstix. i thought the name was great and it turns out the food was absolutely fabulous. tim & andrea wickard came along with us, which made it great fun. the best part was watching tim dive into the wasabi that comes with the california rolls---the look on his face was priceless---i only wish i had a digital camera to capture it!! jonathan was not too keen on the raw salmon that comes with the california rolls either. other than those culture shocks, the food was wonderful and filled us up more than we expected and left us with leftovers for sunday lunch! we did make it to coldstone creamery later that evening----a birthday just isn't a birthday without ice cream:)
